Terms of Service

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in order to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

The Company provides travel-related documentation and administrative support services, including but not limited to:

• Temporary onward travel reservations or itinerary documents
• Hotel reservation confirmations
• Travel itinerary planning and supporting documentation for visa, embassy, immigration, or administrative purposes
• Travel-related documentary support

All documents, reservations, confirmations, itineraries, and related materials generated through the Services are provided solely for informational, planning, administrative, or documentary support purposes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company, documents generated through the Services do not constitute: confirmed airline tickets; enforceable transportation contracts; guaranteed hotel reservations; confirmed lodging agreements; or guaranteed third-party reservations of any kind.

The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any document, reservation, itinerary, or confirmation generated through the Services will be accepted by airlines, hotels, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, border control, customs authorities, visa offices, governmental bodies, or private entities.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for verifying visa, customs, immigration, airline, and entry requirements
• You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• You are solely responsible for determining whether any Service or generated document is suitable for your intended purpose

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Visa denials; immigration refusals; denied boarding
• Flight cancellations or delays; travel interruptions; financial losses
• Missed flights; missed accommodations; governmental penalties
• Detentions; deportations; business losses; consequential losses

The Services do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, travel consulting, tax advice, or professional advisory services of any kind. All information provided is general in nature and may not apply to your circumstances. You should seek professional advice where necessary.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and current. This includes, without limitation:

• Names; passport details; birth dates
• Destinations; travel dates; hotel details

The Company shall not be liable for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the User.

A full refund may be provided if a ticket, booking, or itinerary generated through the Services is rejected by relevant authorities, subject to verification and supporting documentation acceptable to the Company.

No refund will be provided once a ticket, booking confirmation, itinerary, or other purchased Service has been successfully generated, issued, and delivered.

In the event of a technical malfunction causing failure to generate or deliver the purchased Service, a refund may be issued.

No refunds shall be provided for bundled packages, promotional bundles, or monthly subscription plans once any portion of the purchased Services has been used, redeemed, accessed, or consumed.

Annual subscription plans may be eligible for a partial refund only during the first month following purchase, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the unused portion of the subscription period, less the value of any Services already used, redeemed, accessed, or consumed.

All refund decisions are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free access to the Services. The Company may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Misrepresent identity or travel intentions
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automation tools
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Circumvent security systems
• Upload malicious software
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without authorization

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services remain exclusively owned by the Company and/or its licensors. No rights, title, licenses, or ownership interests are transferred to Users except for the limited right to access the Services in accordance with these Terms.

By submitting content, feedback, ideas, suggestions, or communications to the Company, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, analyze, modify, adapt, and incorporate such materials into the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, or similar damages. In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or relating to: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; misuse of generated documents.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration. The parties waive any right to trial by jury and waive any right to participate in any class action.

The Company maintains transaction records, payment authorization records, service delivery logs, and related technical records. Such records may be used as evidence in any dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

The Services are provided on an “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults” basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated from time to time.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
